Renovate bathroom

Its time.. baby is coming, my bathroom is not in condition for the baby to take his bath. :p
Due to some leaking, the paint from the walls are peeling off, plaster ceiling is falling off... ugly looking and looks like something is growing on the wall.

Anyways.. called few contractors and review their prices.. somehow I convinced my self to take the most expensive one. Reason?. it looks like not cheating me right from the start..they include basic things such as waterproofing. Bathroom will need this and other contractor does not include. very detail pricing compare to the others where just provide lump sum cost.. Im sure theyll kill me afterwards. Past projects from their webs also shows good feedback.

Virago 1100 has arrive

Its finally here.. Ive picked up the Virago 1100 from the PosLaju office in Cheras this morning. Mailed by my dad from Terengganu last week.. Tried to pick it up few times last week but seems to have trouble doing so. First planned on Friday lunch time, sadly my wife couldnt get home early so didnt want to rush..Tried again on Saturday but because of the traffic was bad, and rushing for Ariff Piano class, had to delay again. Sunday was funny because in the SMS by poslaju said was open, drop by twice, they are CLOSED on sunday. So, Today is the day..

Pickup was fast and no fuss.. until, I stopped for some gas (petrol). Fill up RM10 and just about to go, cant start the engine. Battery was flat. Its a 1100cc bike, theres no way I can push and start the bike myself. Good thing there was a construction at the petrol station, asked the Bangla to help to push.. this was after walking around taman Shamelin looking for Bike shop at 830 in the morning.

So, heres list of things to do for the bike:

1) New color. its terrible now. blueish black on the tank, its not black, not blue, bit purplish.. i dont know. chrome also are chipping away.  new color..Black Matte..

2) New grip. its purple now.

3) Brakes. somehow felt the tyres are heavy like the brakes are on. so need to check this.

4) New Battery - of course.

4) Service - I'm new on big bikes. can afford for the bike to break down in the middle of the road.

Next step is to find a good place to do the list above. Ampang have lots of choices for motorbike but need to be carefull not to get cheated. Hopefully all end well.

Design in 3D online

Spend few days on and off using the online floor planner..http://www.floorplanner.com/ nice apps. easy to use, just to transfer my ideas visually. So when i have the time and money to build it, easier to show the architect what i imagine my new home going to be like. Design in 2D then you can view in 3D. Awesome. Apart from the 3D view, they already have created household items so you can just drag and drop into your plan. Theres plenty items you can choose from so browse thru all the pages to get the best one you want.

Basically, design around the size of the land that just purchased in Kluang. In the title, its about 9000 sq feet. But if measured, its about 11,000 sq ft, including the road reserve, a small creek running thru my land,.. Lucky cause I dont have to build any water feature as it comes natural. Next by it is the Gunung lambak recreatianal park.. theres a pool, hiking, river, chalet, waterfalls, etc.. nice place.  To my right plot, a bangelow already build facing the road.

Intro

New place for me to record all my projects.. Too many things going on, too many thing i want to do, and dream to do. Im going to share my bike projects, building a new home in Kluang, and few more, whatever I think i want to share. Tomorrow going to pick up my Virago and staright away to the paint shop infront of my house.. will see the results..
